Wonderful to induce sleep, create calm, or work on that dreaded headache!
Each Eye Pillow is made with a special blend of herbs and Flaxseed. Can be used hot or cold. Great for those sinus or stress headaches or just to relax after a long hard day. Each pillow is approximately 5-6 inches x 2 inches. Many different colors available. If you do not see a color you like, let me know and I am sure I will be able to accommodate.
Place in a freezer in a protective bag for cold use. This is preferred for a sinus or migraine headache.
To heat, put in the microwave at 30 second intervals not to exceed 1-2 minutes depending on your oven.
Use just "as is" to lie back and relax.
